I order 3 items, check out complete. Payment complete, order successful. I paid extra for next day delivery, on the day was advised item out of stock, I would have though you would have Atleast refunded Delivery charge, if I knew this would happen would have chosen a different item or not placed at all, other than the items received, was well chuffed
