Not the greatest of service! I ordered the same item some time ago, received all the confirmation etc only then to be told the item was out of stock.
I saw it came back in to stock again so I thought I would try again, this time 'an' item arrived. Same gillet as I ordered only a complete different colour!
I have not bothered returning it because I envisage nothing but hassle so will make do with what I was sent.
