The jacket I ordered when delivered still had the electronic tag on. Also the tracksuit bottom I bought was torn had holes and scratches on the side. The occasion I bought it for I was not able to wear it because of this situation so I was really let down by this. I was expecting it to be resolved asap but now it’s been almost a week just emailing usc waiting for them to sort it out. I’m very disappointed usc don’t have a direct contact number so you can understand how frustrating it is
