Not all of my delivery arrived despite my being charged for it. One of the items had a mark on it and I was forced to pay for the return myself. Customer services team did not ring back with any explanation for the missing item as promised they just sent a replacement that was too late for the event I required it for. I now have to pay for the return of that item as well having originally paid for a next day service. This experience has become very expensive for me with courier charges and I will be voicing my views of your organization on social media. In this day and age you cannot treat ecommerce customers like this as they never shop from you again and tell others about their bad experience.
