I shop quite a lot on your sight for my family and I think it’s a good site with lovely stuff and on the whole I not had to send things back . However the two occasions I have I’ve had to pay for which has put me off and making me stop think twice to shop on your web site and look somewhere else I recently sent a shirt back cost me £4 so I then shopped at NEXT for a replacement as no cost with returns.
