I was happy with communications and delivery was quick, only gripe I have this this company is it’s £5 for delivery which is fine, but £5 also if I collected from store, as I don’t have a store close I opt for delivery, shoes where big fit so it’s £5 to return then £5 to order again .. so £15 on top of price for trainers 😫 ... unless I’ve just getting use to other companies I won’t mention that all offer free returns!
