Originally ordered 2 x 3 pairs of DKNY gents trunks in large. 1 x 3 pair was cancelled via e mail due to no stock. The other 1 x 3 pair arrived and there was 2 large and 1 medium in same pack! So basically I have paid full price and postage for 2 large trunks instead of 6. I could have sent the pack back but I would have had to pay more postage, and waited for more trunks to arrive. there doesn't appear to be any mechanism for contacting customer services direct either. So all in all I'd say that's pretty rubbish service.
