The two pairs of converse pumps arrived promptly. I was however disappointed that I had to pay to return one unwanted pairs of pumps. The other option was to receive a credit note from Sports Direct if I returned them via the store. I think that this is poor customer service particularly in this day and age when the vast majority of UK based retailers give free returns either by post of store returns
