Placed an order of two items and they sent me and email to say one was out of stock.
I wanted to pick something else or reorder as the item was still available on the website and wrote an email to customer services to express this. They replied and said I would have to reorder and play two delivery charges. Delivery at 4.99 is pricey enough without having to pay that twice with a mistake that wasn’t my own.
When I replied hey never got back to me help me with my enquiry. Won’t be using this site again and will advise others the same.
