I am really disappointed to say I ordered a pair of converse to be delivered to Italy and the are unwearable.
They arrived fine but I am very disappointed to say they are different sizes. The labels correspond however there are 1cm different in size.
I can’t find a telephone number to call a customer service department and from what I understand I have send back the product, recorded delivery, which will cost a fortune from Italy. Then I have to wait 30 days.
Unacceptable.
I look from to hearing a response.
