For one, the returns policy is just abissmal. It gives you no confidence when shopping and you have to be 100% sure what you're buying, otherwise you're paying for returns and won't get a refund, credit note is given.
The delivery was attempted but no card left and no further info given. Then they just turned up without letting me know and the delivery guy actually said it showed as delivered on his system. Very very very poor, from start to finish. On a plus side, they do have decent sales but with G-star being much less, its a bit thin.
