After receiving the wrong shoes, I returned them to a local USC assuming we could just swap but was extremely disappointed to be told if I wanted to swap (I required a smaller size too) that it would be nearly double the price. I took a credit note and drove home with a disappointed teenager to re order online! Online order was received quickly and second time round had right shoes!
