I had ordered a jacket for my son on Monday 18th June and paid for the next day delivery, on the Wednesday I got a text from Dpd to say the parcel would be delivered that day but did not arrive. I then waited till the Thursday and emailed your customer services and still had no reply from that mail. I called Dpd and they said they never received the parcel. I then called your customer services and got told the jacket had been sent out and I would get it Saturday but again it never arrived. Today I called again to be told it had been lost. Why is it I need to call to get information, I would expect to be kept updated. I have now managed to get a replacement but I am very unhappy
