I am a regular customer at USC as I find that they always have a good bargain on high street brands. I have bought from the stores and online, and, so far have not had any negative experiences. However I would recommend USC to offer a free delivery option to regular customers and review their refund / exchange procedure / policy as its a bit long winded when ordering online in to a store, plus you can only exchange or get a gift voucher (luckily theres always been something else I want to exchange with, so all good). Overall, great prices, good experiences.
