Order completed online, problem with a discount code (which turned out to be invalid anyway unfortunately) which would have benefitted from a live web chat option? To their credit USC email responses were fairly quick but not instant. Notified by text delivery was on its way and seconds later the doorbell rang. Always kept in touch when delivery process started until it arrived.
