Online experience was good quick easy. Although delivery charge is excessive.
Collection from 'sports direct' store in Newcastle was appalling... Staff displayed total lack of customer care: 5 at entrance chatting. Ground floor tills refused to deal with collection items. No staff on 1st floor tills, had to travel up and down twice to get someone on 1st floor. Had 6digit code ready from email, but was not asked for until I put my phone away. Made my dissatisfaction known and left with item. Won't use these people again.
