I placed an order for the same pair of vans just different sizes and two pairs turned up and one pair was the wrong size totally different pair of vans but the box stated they should have been that pair. So it's the inconvineince of having to drive and change them! Not happy won't be ordering again online. I won't be buying in store again either as on separate occasions I have been into the store to buy shoes and they never have the size!
