Clothes arrive quickly once you ordered them which is great. The sale prices are good too. Unfortunately, there isn't much care from USC in checking that what they send us is the correct size ordered etc. I received a pair of shoes in the wrong size and the same top was sent incorrectly to me FOUR times. I found this incredibly frustrating. Customer service is just o-k. Improvements could be made with the return of emails and ensuring that repeat problems don't continue.
