Where do I start?! I had trouble with the home delivery last year - where my parcel was unable to be signed for that day so ended up going back and being cancelled and refunded (which is not what I wanted but was given no choice in the matter). So this year I thought I would phone prior to booking in order to check the best but quickest way to go about it. I was advised at this point to just use the deliver to store option but they would treat it as express delivery- brilliant I thought! But no..... a week later (2 days before my husbands birthday) I had an email saying an item had been cancelled due to stock. So I called- to which the agent told me the warehouse was having difficulties with some orders as they couldn’t locate some items- but don’t worry we’ll refund your express charges! This was no help as I needed the items. The agent said I could cancel the items causing problems- but then it would take Upto 7 days to go to store (despite me having been told different). Or cancel the whole thing and start again- but the same thing may happen but she didn’t know. She then refused to put me on the phone to anyone else in order for me to raise a compliant. And couldn’t outbound call me later when I had a chance to sort something. She was no help, and no help was offered. This all meant I had to go and buy more gifts for my husband and this order arrived days later with 3 items having been Cancelled! Apauling customee service USC - would definaltly not recommend - especially if using as gifts for anyone
