Although I found the online shopping experience quite good, I think p&p is costly and you should not have to pay for delivery to a shop to collect! My initial purchase was in store and I was unaware until I wanted to return the item that USC do not offer refunds. However after phoning call centre (on hold for 18 mins) I was told by a helpful member of staff that I could now use the credit note from store online. This was the best part of the shopping experience, hence my scoring of normal.
