All in all a good experience. Items arrived in good time all correct size qty etc. Tracking information provided. I only have two small gripes:-
1. I do not to expect to pay to collect in-store I expect that to be a free service, I don't pay to shop in your stores why would I pay to collect instead of just shop?
2. I would prefer it if you used Royal Mail, their service means I don't have to stay in and wait for a courier, I would pay a little more for this option.
