Paid for next day delivery but 9 days on and still not here. The items were a present for my brother in law visiting from Canada, but he has now returned home. I will have to pay international postage to forward to him now! USC have refunded my postage and told me that Hermes have lost my items. I’m hoping they resend another parcel but don’t use Hermes again. Losing my parcel isn’t fault of usc, but using Hermes (despite them being well known as a bad courier service) is fault of usc. That is the only reason for my two star rating
