I had to wait over a week to recieve my delivery. Hermes failed to deliver to my home stating that they tried to deliver. Finally I recieved the parcel and when I spoke with the courier he told me that he had been on holiday and the standvin driver didn’t know the area well. I fell let down by both usc & hermes as they both made out that it was my fault as the driver couldn’t get an answer even though the first delivery driver never came to my adress or left a card to say that he had been. Poor service all round that cost me time off of work and waisting my time waiting on the delivery arriving .
