The delivery time was excellent. However, the items I ordered were of the same brand but are at least 1.5sizes different ( both should be the same).
The returns procedures dramatically let USC down. You should be able to return to stores or free returns via post/couriers. His would make me buy from USC a lot more and on a regular basis. For this reason alone I would chose to shop online with competitors in the future.
