I've ordered some things from usc.uk they send the parcel with Dpd. On monday evening both companies emailed me that my parcele is ready to collect from the shop, when i went to pick up the parcel on Wednesday the people from collecting point they didn't knew what happend with the parcel and on their system it appears it was collected.
After installing the dpd app, i saw on the aplication that the parcel is on the way back to sender, the parcel went back to the sender in that morning without any reason as they requested and dpd costumer service cheked and yhey did'nt saw any reason why the parcel was requested to go back to sender. In the email they gave me they said the parcel will be at the collecting point until next follwing monday. Aparently the sender usc request the dpd delivery to take back the parcel without reason. So i lost time waiting for someting i didn't receive. After I send am email to usc they sent me the money back and apologies.
It was first and last time when i buy someting from them.
