Still not received parcel 10 days after ordering. Sent USC customer support an email to look into and still no response to date. Hermes delivery didn’t update tracking status for 4 days just said sent to wrong depot. Awful would not use USC again - parcel was for a gift but as still not received it would be too late anyway so will be returning (if it e er turns up) . If we reach 14 days with out delivery of goods the debit card guarantee kicks in and bank can recover costs for me. Awful customer service from USC and poor choice of delivery company.
