I ordered a Slazenger Banger Towel and a sweatshirt, paid next day delivery and expected it the Friday and ended up getting it Saturday.
Then I get an email stating that my order has been amended as there are no towels.. so why just state that from the start, also why give me a refund? I would rather it be sent if it’s something that is restocked but tell me what’s happened?!!
I get in touch and I have to write this message online to get some answers and as a gesture of “goodwill” I got given 3 pound back.. so if I wanted to try another order I would then have to pay another 2-5 pound to try and get the towel again. Honestly such a terrible service from start to finish.
