I ordered a sweater which ended up being way too big - sent it back for exchange - received initial parcel on Monday and received exchanged item on Thursday of same week! V quick service - wasn't too happy about paying return postage but most companies charge these days and USC account on website was a little confusing when it came to the exchange - overall happy x
