Order Number USC40000047554991 Item: Henri Lloyd Machen Shorts XXL Good Afternoon, I placed an order over the internet am Thursday and paid £6.99 for next day delivery. The item above duly arrived at 10:30 this morning (Sat am). The product unfortunately had a security tag still attached, so I have had to do a 10 mile round trip into the nearest USC store in Hull city centre and incurred parking costs of £1.90 to get it removed. The staff in the shop are a credit to your company and couldn't do enough to help. I spoke to the store Manager - Rob 10 14169, who suggest I get in touch via email with yourselves as his hands were tied with any remedial action. As a good will gesture on your part, would you be willing to refund the next day delivery charges (as it was the day-after-next delivery after all) and the fact that the convenient online shopping, has cost me more in time, fuel and parking costs than was first envisaged? The cost of delivery was as stated £6.99 & parking £1.90. Hope you can help.
