I placed my order through the app but upon placing my order, I realised that the sizes for the jeans that I’ve ordered where all wrong... straight away, I followed the cancellation process provided on the app and asked for my order to be cancelled, literally 30mins after I placed the order in the first place. However, to my dismay, instead of my order being cancelled, it got deleivered to my house two days later... Now I have paid £6 plus for the delivery and I will now have to pay another £6 plus to have it sent back as you do not provide a prepay return slip.. All in all, I will be losing £12 plus for an order that I don’t end up having... I called your customer service to express my dissatisfaction and I was offered no resolution whatsoever, all I got is that’s how you guys do things... Definitely the last time am ordering anything from you guys... absolutely the worst customer services that I have ever received and i work in customer service myself, so I know how things should go..
