You delivered the wrong item!
Therefore, I've had to get a credit note & re-order the item for a second time. However, this means I'm paying the £4.99 delivery charge twice - due to your error - this hardly seems fair. If it wasn't for the fact that the item was for my son I wouldn't have bothered. Unlikely to use your online ordering again (this was our first time).
