I use this service all the time and the pricing is very competitive, only thing is other equally priced companies offer free delivery. This doesn't usually effect me but this time one item was damaged, at first I thought in transit but on inspection it was clearly damaged prior to packing. Of course I was just going send it back but it was such a convoluted process I literally couldn't be bothered as the item wasn't expensive enough to warrant the hassle. Until then I had always been impressed but am now looking elsewhere.
