My on-line shopping experience was very poor. I bought a shirt, but when I tried to pay and check-out, USC refused my VISA debit card. I re-entered it twice more before it was accepted. Then I noticed I had been billed twice for the shirt. It seems that two of the three attempted orders went through. I immediately contacted USC customer service by email to say that I wanted just one shirt and would like to be billed just once. In reply, I received an email saying that orders cannot be ammended once placed. The whole experience was extremely unsatifactory and I won't be shopping at USC in the future. Neil Ford
