I received the bag i ordered fairly quickly but however when it arrived it was damaged so I then had to wait on the phone to speak to somebody at customer service for over 20 minutes and did not receive any apology for the delay I endured or for the fact I had received a faulty item I was just quickly given an address to return it to. Very cold service. I am now waiting for a replacement and I am just hoping this bag is not damaged. Not a very good experience for me at all.
