One good pair, one faulty pair. Heard back from customer services after a couple of days. Once I sent a photo of the fault, they agreed to send another pair - only disappointment was that I had to wait another 7 working days for these to be delivered in store, when I would already be on holidays. They originally said they would send it express and then went back on this when they saw my original postage was to collect from store. I think they could have gone with express as a courtesy for sending faulty glasses.
