This has been a strange experience across the board with USC. I just got an email asking me to review my experience with the shipping of my products. But, I haven't even received them yet! In addition, its been three weeks since I placed the order... and finally, the status of my package in my online profile says its, "Ready To Ship" - the same status it has been for the past three weeks. Thats NO movement in 3 weeks time. Hence my Poor review. I'm still confused with what is going on over there except they are ignoring my order. I hope this is not typical.
