USC themselves are fine and once I feel brave enough to tackle Hermes I may order from then again as there’s great stuff on the website. However... paid something like £6.99 for next day delivery as I needed it the next day to wrap as a gift and hermes sent it to the wrong depot so I didn’t get it for a few days, and they kept giving me different times of when it’d arrive (no one really knew). I got a refund of the difference in shipping, £2. I would’ve preferred a full one on the shipping because I wouldn’t have ordered standard, as I needed it there with me the next day as I paid for but ok. Do order from here, don’t pay for next day. Thanks for your help too
