Customer service from USC was great, communication was as expected with emails on order updates however the company used for delivery - Hermes are terrible, it’s been 8 days and I haven’t received my item even though I paid for next day delivery. USC have been fantastic all the way and as helpful as they can but be wary about getting items delivered as Hermes have no customer service skills and are incredibly unhelpful.
