Horrible customer service.
It took them 6 months to reimburse me on a missing item.
I am actually filling a formal complain against USC.
1) I have sent 2 items to be returned, and apparently they could not been delivered. I informed USC by email but they didn't tell me nothing.
2) On July 18th I told USC over email that I was going to check what had happened and on July 19th I told them I was going to return the parcel back to them. They didn't say anything (and they were aware I was going to send the parcel to them).
3) About two weeks go by and, after I SEND USC AN EMAIL (because they usually go silent for months...) they told me they don't want to receive the items because it is too late and they will send them back to me.
Sending this parcel was very expensive and USC knew it. Still, they allowed me to send it, pay a lot of money to send it, just to tell send it back to me and tell me it was too late?
4) Plus, one of the reasons why the parcel was not taken care of before was (also) due to USC's tardy reply. On January 5th I told USC what happened (some boxes were damaged, etc) and I also told USC that one item was missing from the parcel. You ignored that email for months.
5) Speaking of the non-reimbursed item, it took USC months (and more than one email) for them to reimburse me. So USC, in practice, told me that I have 28 days to return an item (which could not be delivered) but you have 6 months to reimburse me of missing items...
USC's customer service is ludicrous. That is my opinion based on my experience.
