Very disappointed! I’ve paid for my parcel but it has gone missing and not received still, despite the courier apparently leaving the parcel in a “secure location”. I’m now having to wait for the couriers to conduct an investigation into where the parcel has gone, which will take another 72 hours. In the meantime, the parcel was a present for a family member which has been and gone, so I had to buy another present instead. All
I’m doing now is waiting for the parcel to either be located or deemed lost, and then I’ll be able to apply for a refund. It’s testing my patience and I’m very disappointed with the delivery service.
