Online shop is brilliant. Shoe size that I bought was readily available. Where as, it wasn't the case in the shop. I had to call in the shop twice to check for size but unfortunately, not available on both occasions. I opted for collection from the shop rather than home delivery, but either way a charge of £4.99 is still in place. Perhaps, somehow it is a win still as if you opted to collect from shop, you're given a fiver voucher to spend on the shop. Another thing, I hope USC staff will be more pro active in assisting customers.x
