Delivery process good. Goods were shoes which were too big despite being my normal size. Was previously unable to buy in branch due to lack of sizes available. When looking through the process of returning or exchanging, I was dissatisfied with the idea of having to pay to return the original pair which would penalise me financially so decided not to bother. Will not use the online service again
