Was informed the item I ordered was out of stock but was not given the chance to cancel the order as the main reason for ordering was for the item which turned out to be out of stock.. Sent email to cancel as soon as I got the email about out of stock but no reply and got email saying the other item is out for delivery. There should be better communication method to cancel order. Would have given very poor but in the past the delivery has been prompt. Need to improve on ease of customer communication.
