This was the first time I had shopped online with USC. Having been lured by the summer sale offers, I ordered a number of items for my partner and kids for our holiday. One was a Hugo Boss shirt which was required for a Christening that weekend. I paid £6.99 for next day delivery. The shirt arrived covered in black marks and there was a tear to the sleeve. I tried to return this along with a pair of shoes that didn’t fit to the USC store at Mcr Fort. I was told I was unable to get a refund and had to pay additional postage to return it, even though I had the receipt! I was issued a credit note for the shoes but told they couldn’t do anything about the shirt as it was faulty. I then paid an additional £3.99 to return it via Royal Mail. I’m totally unimpressed at having paid over a tenner in postage for a faulty item from USC. Really bad customer service and perhaps the most patronising shop assistants in store that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I will definitely not be shopping with USC again. This was the first and last time.
