I do work in customer service myself. And we do sell items at discounted price but still offer free delivery after spend a certain amount of money.
There should be free Delivery in the UK And pay for overseas delivery
Also when my purchases got delivered, the packaging was damaged.
Luckily the items are for myself and not as present. But apart from that the items was fine and would shop again if delivery was different.
