Where to start....I bought 2 pairs of the same trainers by mistake. You don't allow online cancellations, you don't allow in store returns for a refund, you charge for click and collect even though you must be delivering goods to your own stores from the same depot anyway. An all round sh1t service. Lucky for you the trainers were good value.
