Second time ordering shoes online from USC.
Last time I got sent 2 different shoes! That was a year or two ago...
This time I got the same shoes but 2 different sizes!!
I have received awful customer service and the returns policy is nonsense, under consumer regulations you should not have to pay to return an item that is faulty!
Absolute joke of a company who clearly don't give a s**t about their customers
