I received my order and was unhappy with the way the Lacoste Sport Slim Polo Shirt had been delivered.
It was crumpled up in a clear plastic bag and (not in the original Lacoste bag I would have expected it to be delivered in), it is badly creased on the collar and the shirt body and looks like it has been worn or certainly tried on previously.
I contactedc customer service who seem uninterested and told me I would have to pay to return the item. This is not good when the goods were not fit for purpose.
