Ordered a pair of jeans and a pair of shoes and paid £7:99 for next day delivery.... the shoes ended up being cancelled from my order which I placed on a Wednesday evening, the jeans were finally delivered on Saturday!! But I was still charged for next day!!! I emailed several time with complaints with no response!!! What a joke!!! From a very unhappy customer.
