Bought nieces 4 pairs of trainers from USC on line. Tried on trainers and only 2 pairs fitted? Cost £4.99 p&p, unfortunately cannot change in store, had to pay again to return to depot. My error in not fully checking the returns and customer service offered, will be checking in future. Didn't realise that trainers varied so greatly from manufacturer to manufacturer so will only buy now after they have been tried on. Disappointed that buying on line doesn't offer store assistance. Lesson learned.
